Snow has been bad this season, but room and property are solid. Family of 4 had space and enjoyed stay. Great location. Public buses to main street right outside and very easy to use. Recommend this property.

First the good…. Amazing location, great responsive host, clean and well stocked unit. Wood fireplace is nice. The unit is steps from the pool, hot tub, sauna and gym for the building. Ski lockers in the building are convenient, locks are provided. The main Park City lifts are less than 100 yards away. Old Park City with restaurants is an easy 15-20 minute walk. The unexpected, which is not the hosts fault. The unit is weirdly designed. While it would be great for a family, for two couples looking for a romantic ski week I would not recommend it. The second bedroom is very, very small. The bunk is a queen on the bottom, pushed against a wall, with little space and no closet. The bathroom for that bedroom is across the unit by the front door and is very small. Other people have mentioned noise, from outside and the hot tub. We had no problem with noise. But the only windows are in the small bedroom and the hot tub room. The main bedroom, living area and kitchen have no windows. Kind of a bummer not seeing any mountains or sun apres ski. Again, great host, bad architect!

The unit was clean and in a great location. We enjoyed our stay. However, it advertised both a communal pool table and a weight rack in the gym which my teenage son was excited about. Neither of those amenities were available. The unit was super noisy. It was right on the parking lot and so at 2 AM when the snow plows would be working in the parking lot all we would hear was incessant beeping. Also, the heat was super loud which made sleeping a bit challenging. Additionally, because it is on an outside wall, the condensation in the bedrooms brought in a fair amount of water. When we brought this up with the main desk, they said it wasn’t their issue because it wasn’t their unit. We also felt that for the money that we spent on the unit, the linens and pillows could have been upgraded a bit.

The location of this property could not have been better! The space was clean and the communication with property management was excellent. My only complaint is that there is very little opportunity for natural light due to the placement of the windows, so it is very dark even during the day. The hot tub area is also a waste of space in my opinion and is bothersome when trying to go to sleep at night. But, overall it was a nice place to stay and we would stay there again.

Location was ideal (football field from the slopes). 2/2 condo was in good and clean condition. Unit included in an indoor hot tub. Common area hot tub is indoor. Heated pool is indoor and outdoor.
