Timber Wolf – Unit 5C

Welcome to our home amongst the aspens at the base of the Canyons cabriolet gondola, and Park City Mountain Resort! We hope you enjoy staying here as much as we do and ask that you treat our home like the loved family member it is.

Here are some important details and rules we ask that you follow during your stay:

Entry codes & WIFI:

Front door entry code: This will be provided to you by our property manager upon your stay. It is changed after each visit.

Garage door code: 0506 Enter (this is located on left hand side of bridge as you drive up to house)

Garage side entrance door code: 1506*

Hot tub code: 1969*

Home & Property Information:

Bus. The 224 & SunPeak Bus Shelter stop is located just in front of the Timber Wolf Properties on Hwy 224 where you can catch the 6 or the 7 bus line which will take you to the Canyons Hub and the base of the Cabriolet gondola (2 minutes ride on bus line 6 or 7) or directly to Park City Mountain (10 minutes if you take the 6 line).

Cabriolet Gondola. Located a 3 min. drive from the unit or 2-minute bus ride + short walk. There is plenty of parking located at the lot at the base of the Cabriolet

Toilets. Please hold toilet handles down for 3-5 seconds to ensure full flush

Heat Tape. In the master bedroom, on the wall where the windows are there is a switch which controls power to the heat tape on the roof. Please keep this in the ‘off’ position in the summer and ‘on’ position in the winter.

Home Rules:

Parking. Timber Wolf accommodates parking for up to two spaces per unit. This home has room for one vehicle in the garage in the space designated for Unit C, and another spot available in any one of the open parking spaces located near the hot tubs.

No vehicles of any kind shall be parked in driveways or in any other area of the property except on the paved road and designated parking areas. No oversized vehicles (vehicles too large to be parked in one regular sized parking stall), boats, trailers, utility trailers or similar vehicles or non-operating vehicles or motorcycles shall be parked or roadways or in the outside parking areas at any time. No vehicle shall be parked in such a manner as to impede or prevent ready access to another parking space.

Hot Tubs. The hot tubs are open from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm., however, the use of the hot tubs shall not interfere with the enjoyment of the adjoining units. No glass or glass containers of any kind can be used inside the Hot Tub enclosure. Broken glass and foreign materials in the Hot Tubs damage them and require them to be drained and closed.

Noise. No overtly loud noise or offensive activity shall be permitted on the Property, nor shall anything be done therein which may be or become an annoyance to other residences and guests. There shall be no playing of musical instruments, music, radios, TVs or other that inhibits the enjoyment of other residents and guests.

Recycling/ Garbage. Please help us with our green initiative by depositing garbage and recyclables in the designated bins located in the garage. Owners and guests are welcome to utilize the Garbage and Recycling Cans in the Timber Wolf Garages only. Please do not use the dumpster at 1777 Sun Peak Drive. The neighbor who owns that dumpster has requested that Timber Wolf refrain from using it.

Pets. Tenants or their guests should not have pets on the property at any time.

No open fires, fireworks, or charcoal grills are permitted anywhere on the Property.

No smoking is permitted in Common Areas within 50 feet of any building.

No skateboards, rollerblades and roller-skates are permitted on the Property.
