YotelPAD UNIT 139 – GUEST GUIDE
Welcome to our Utah home - as fellow lovers of the mountains and the associated activities of skiing and hiking. Please respect our home as you would yours. Our apartment is not part of the YotelPad hotel rental pool so we are independently responsible for cleaning and maintenance – but you are otherwise welcome to use all of the hotel’s facilities. Our approach to renting our Utah home prioritizes quality over quantity to maintain the quality of the property.
Check-in
• Valet parking is complementary. Baggage trolleys are available at P1 parking level.
• Check-in is at level 1, where you will be given a key to the unit.
o You may be asked to provide a deposit for incidentals purchased at the resort.
Ski Boots/Skis
• Please do not bring any ski boots or skis/boards into the unit.
o There is overnight boot storage/heaters in the main hotel living area.
o The complimentary ski valet is located outside, adjacent to unit 139.
Wifi
• Wifi is complementary.
o Sign in on the YotelPad site – no password is required.
Kitchen
• We have stocked the kitchen with high end flatware/utensils/glasses. Please let us know if there are any breakages so we can replace them.
• We have provided some coffee and tea – you may need to supplement.
• There is a crock-pot in one of the upper cupboards.
• There are instructions for all of the appliances in the Utah bag in the cupboard over the refrigerator.
Furniture
• Two additional folding dining chairs are located in the laundry closet.
• The coffee table can extend up to dining height
o depress the lever on the side of the table
o the table can fold out to double the existing size.
• Step ladder – located in the laundry room.
First Aid Kit/Fire Extinguisher
• There is a first aid kit in the cupboard over the refrigerator
• There is a Fire Extinguisher in the cupboard under the kitchen sink.
Robes/Towels
• We have provided a total of 6 robes (2 large, 2 medium and two children) for unit 139. These are unit specific (other units within the resort do not have complimentary robes) – please do not leave them around the resort. You will be charged for missing robes.
• The white towels are specific to the unit 139 – please do not use them for the pool area or leave them around the resort.
• Pool Towels
o Yellow and white striped towels are provided for the pool, hot tub and steam room.

TV/Entertainment
• Samsung Remote –
o Use on/off button to turn on TV.
o Needs to be on Source/PC HDM1 (should normally be on this channel)
o Press exit on the Samsung remote to get rid of bottom menu control bar.
• Xfinity Remote
o Press Xfinity button/Guide to access tv channels.
o Sets channels, volume etc.
o The Xfinity remotes only work for each specific room TV.
• Youtube/Tubi etc
o Go to Apps Xfinity Remote
Utilities
• Bathroom vent
o When the wind is in a certain direction the roof flap for the extract vent appears to make a clicking noise. If this is a problem, leave the extract fan running to negate the noise.
• Water heater
o If the water runs cold – check the water heater trip switch in the electrical panel by the front door.
• Gas Fire
o Use the Kozy Heat controller to start and set temperature
o Please do not run the gas fire continuously on maximum heat – it does appear to heat
up the shelf above the fireplace.
Bunk Room
• There is a trundle bed that slides out from under the bottom bunk.
Cleaning
• Cleaning is provided before and after your stay.
• Additional cleaning available on request, subject to availability and for an additional fee.
Garbage
• There are garbage drop off points at P1 and P2.
No Smoking and No Pets
• We have a strict no smoking policy within our unit and on the patio.
• Pets are not allowed within the apartment.
